Information Technology Training

Our overall mission is to provide leadership in the use of technology to enhance instructional effectiveness, staff development, and student support. We are dedicated to providing quality training to University of Arkansas faculty, staff, and students by offering excellence in service and adherence to professional training standards.

Workshops are free to students, staff, and faculty, but do require registration.

Workshop Locations

Workshop locations include ADSB 154 on Razorback Road and the MultiMedia Resource Center (MMRC) at GIBX (Gibson Annex). Check the Workshop Directory to see where specific workshops will be held. Use the University campus map or the UITS map to find the locations.

Additional Training Resources

Microsoft Training and Microsoft Learning - Targeted training tutorials, tips, demos, and webcasts for Office 2007 and earlier versions.

MultiMedia Resource Center - The MultiMedia Resource Center focuses on education and training and provides University faculty, students, and staff access to computers with a variety of multimedia, editing, authoring, mastering, and publishing applications on Windows and Macintosh platforms.
