Having a problem with your computer?

If it is your University owned office computer:

  • Find your departmental Computer Support Coordinator  You will often begin here if you have a problem with your office computer.
    (Note: You will be asked to log in with your UARK email address and password. ex. username@uark.edu) 
  • Log into AskIT and search for your answer or create a case and receive help via email.
  • Call our Help Desk at 575-2905 for assistance or to place a workorder and one of our staff members will come to your office.
  • Check our Macintosh or Windows support pages.

If it is your personal computer:

  • Call our Help Desk at 575-2905 for assistance.
  • Log into AskIT and search for your answer or create a case and receive help via email.
  • Check our Macintosh or Windows support pages.
