Setting Up a New UARK Account

To pick up your UARK username and password:

1. Go to the University UARK Account Distribution Facility.
2. Enter your University ID in the University ID field.
3. Enter your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
4. Answer the three questions by checking the Yes or No radio buttons next to each question. You must answer "Yes" to all three to be allowed to activate your account. Be sure that you read the Code of Computing Practices to which these questions refer, because you will be responsible for following the rules of computing on campus.
5. Click the Next button.
6. Set your question and answer in case your forget your password; click the Save button.
7. Set the password for your account.
   Create a password that is 8 characters or more long and contains at least three of the four character groups. Character groups are capital letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters. Type the same password into both fields.
8. Click the Apply new password button and the next screen will show you your UARK username and full UARK email address. Click the Sign out button.
