Access the UA DirectoryLightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) provides a simple protocol that allows you to access and search email addresses on campus. Note: The Global Address List created during account setup will only display other uark.edu Exchange users.

Set Up Rules (Filters)Note: Rules created in Entourage 2008 are created client-side and will only run when Entourage is open. If you want to make server-side rules for Entourage you must create them from the Exchange web-client OWA (https://exchange.uark.edu) using Internet Explorer on a Windows computer.

Delete MailTo remove deleted email from your mailbox:
Note: You can edit the Empty Deleted Items Folder schedule so that it automatically empties the Deleted Items folder at a time you specify — for example, when the deleted messages reach a certain age or each time you quit Microsoft Entourage.
