Outlook Web Access with the UA Exchange system

The Outlook Web Access (OWA) client can be used with a variety of web browser applications. However, when using any web browser besides Internet Explorer 6.x or 7.x for Windows you will only be able to make use of the "light mode" features as opposed to the "premium mode" version that IE users will see.

Light mode will function adequately to perform basic email, calendar, and contact management tasks. Premium mode adds enhanced feature controls, an Outlook-like interface, and access to other resources such as file server shares and, with the release of Service Pack 1 in Q1 2008, access to public folders and mailbox rules.
You will also notice an option for public computers versus private computers. When using the public option the time windows in which someone else can come along after you and retrieve your information from the web browser temporary files is shortened considerably.

To log in to OWA, point your web browser to https://exchange.uark.edu/

You will need to use your UARK email address in the form of username@uark.edu along with your UARK password.

A full overview of OWA features and a comparison of light vs. premium features is available.
