Resetting Your ADMIN Password

When an expired password is entered at the login screen, the screen does not change, but displays a message at the bottom of the screen which reads: "Your password has expired. Please type your new password." At this point users should enter a new password at the password prompt.

The message at the bottom of the screen then changes to read: "Please reenter the new password for verification." At this point, users should retype the same password once more.

Once the new password is confirmed, the screen will change to the same blank screen that is seen upon successful completion of a normal login procedure. At this screen, press the "F1" key to proceed. 

If you need to change your ADMIN password and don't remember your current password or the above method does not work:

  1. Go webBASIS and sign on using your UARK username and password.
  2. Click on Employee Self Service Facilities.
  3. Click on Admin ID Request/Password Reset.
  4. Enter an initial password.
  5. Click Reset Password.
