PIN InformationPersonal Identification Numbers (PINs) are issued to all students, faculty, and staff for the purpose of accessing some web-based applications such as UARK username pick-up and PASSweb. Your PIN's initial value is set to the month and day (mmdd) of your birthday. For example, if your birthday is May 6, your initial PIN is 0506. Your PIN must be changed from your birthday to use it for web-based functions. Note: PINs must be exactly four digits and contain numbers only. How do I change my PIN?
You can change your PIN using the web-based facility referenced below. Use the web-based PIN Change Facility to change your PIN. Please note that the web-based PIN change system will issue an automated email upon change of a PIN, notifying the PIN owner that their PIN was changed. If you receive such a message without having changed your own PIN, follow the instructions on the email immediately to ensure the integrity of your PIN. What if I forget my PIN?
Once you have changed your PIN and know what it is, you will be able to use web-based functions including UARK account pick-ups, and reset/changes. Departmental Leave Administrators can reset PINs for faculty or staff
If you continue to have problems resetting the employee's PIN, please contact Jamie Bentley in Human Resources at (479) 575-7618.
